Why Hire Me?

I charge a reasonable fee

Most companies that offer website design charge $150 or more per hour. I charge $75 per hour.

I am a writer

I know how to present information so that the viewer finds it quickly and easily. I also pay great attention to content, grammar, and spelling in each Website that I create.

I know my craft

I build Websites from the ground up, using HTML code, JavaScript, and custom graphics, not WYSIWYG authoring tools and clipart. I know what to put in a Website so that search engines will be able to classify it easily.

I make my customers happy

I keep a small base of customers and provide them with the best service possible. I work with my customers so that their Websites reflect their styles, not mine.

Three sites that I designed won awards from the Boulder Community Network in September of 2001:

  • Expression Retreats (www.expressionretreats.com) won "Best Business Website Serving Boulder County and the World."
  • Bixby School won "Best Website Design by or for Youth."
  • Blue Sky Bridge won "Best Non-Profit Website."

Client, Cymber Quinn, and I received a Merit award in 2000 from the Society for Technical Communication for the Ink Technical Communications Website.

I have also received awards for the Blue Sky Bridge and Boulder County AIDS Project Websites.
