I've been designing websites since 1995.

I have also worked as a singer, songwriter, legal assistant, and technical writer.

As a technical writer at various software companies, learned that the viewer is really the most important party because they're going to be using what we create. Unfortunately, the viewer is often left out of the design process. I try to get my clients to stand in their viewers' shoes so that together we can create a website that will serve the both the client's and their viewer's needs.
